This delicious condiment works fantastically well with so many things. Unlike your usual Aioli, we use fermented black garlic which gives it a richer almost balsamic-y flavour, as well as a unique colour! Try it in place of mayo to make the ultimate burgers and sandwiches, or use it as a dip for canapés, picnics BBQs and tapas!
