After the success of the Greek-inspired Loula's Dinner Table a few months back, we had to put these decadent koftes on the Freezer Menu. Sweet with apricot and savoury with fennel and soft lamb, these are little balls of happiness. And to make them into more of a winter warmer, this time they are baked into a chunky tomato sauce, rich with Oregano and Greek Basil.
Serves 2 (4 koftes per person / 8 per box). Best served with Orzo, Rice or Flatbreads & Salad)
