After the big success of this dish on our LDT menu, we've brought it back for you to enjoy at home whenever you like!
This hand-made Pumpkin Tortelloni is made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, with a high Free Range egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. They are individually hand-folded to incorporate more of the delicious filling. These are filled with top quality pumpkins that are oven-roasted and then mixed with delicate ricotta cheese, Italian grated cheese and a touch of nutmeg.
Try them with our House-made Cavolo Nero Pesto or Sage Butter for restaurant-quality fresh Italian pasta at home!
Serves 2. Cooks in just a few minutes from fresh or frozen. Best served with grated parmesan, pine nuts and a fresh salad.
